Melt a small amount of butter in a saucepan and add 300 gms of chicken pieces and 1 tsp garlic. Make chicken stock with half kg chicken bones and 500 ml water. Add coriander leaves and chicken stock in the pan. Mix 2 tsp of oats flour and 200 ml milk and whisk well. Pour it into the pan. Add salt and black pepper powder, let it all simmer together till the soup thickens and chicken is cooked. Serve hot.
If your family has some vegetarian members, you can make the same rich soup by replacing chicken pieces with mushrooms and chicken stock with vegetable stock.
