If you thought you have had enough of the bizarre golgappa stories, then we say, there’s much more to explore. You heard us! We recently came across another such viral food story that left us speechless. Wonder what the ‘new’ experimentation is all about?! Let us spill the beans for you. A video post is currently doing the rounds on Instagram that features a person making ‘golgappa shake’ in a mixer grinder. Uploaded by the Insta-handle ‘zufiscooking’, we could see a content creator, named Zulfisha Wasif, reacting to the video of the making of this unique (read: strange) shake. “Hadd ho gai (This is too much),” she captions the video. The original video of the golgappa shake was uploaded by Instagram handle ‘punjab_blest’. Take a look:
The video features a person adding golgappa shells, potato mix (the filling), golgappa pani and saunth (khatti-meethi chutney) in a blender. The ingredients are then blended together to form a liquid-y drink and transferred to a glass. The liquid is then topped with a whole golgappa puri before serving. The video left Zulfisha in shock! She also wrote ‘RIP’ (Rest In Peace) on the video.
Like us, this bizarre video grabbed the attention of several people on the internet, garnering more than 15k likes. People also reacted to it with funny comments.
“Pata nehi kya kya banate hain (God knows what all people make)!” wrote one. Another person commented, “Sab bimari aur acidity karne ka tarika (These are ways to spread disease and acidity),” wrote another person. A third user wrote, “Pagal ho gaye log (people have gone crazy). Others reacted to the video with ‘laughter’ emoticons.
Earlier, another such golgappa video went viral on social media that featured Maggi being served as the filling for the dish (golgappa/ pani puri). The video went all over Twitter and people reacted to it strongly, terming it as ‘monstrosity’. Click here for the detailed news.
