- Once the chowmein is done, the next step is preparing the spring roll sheets. Knead dough by using all-purpose flour and set it aside.
- Once done, take a small portion out of the dough and roll it until a thin sheet-like structure. Then, add the filling and roll the sheet into a cylindrical shape. Follow the same process with the remaining mixture.
- After it, deep fry the rolls until crispy and golden. Enjoy with a spicy dip and mayonnaise to balance the flavours.
