Chilli Cheese Noodles: How To Make Chilli Cheese Noodles
To begin with, boil noodles (any noodles). Then, wash, peel and chop all the veggies like capsicum, spring onion, onion, carrot and cabbage.
Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste along with all the veggies. Saute them together for 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and chilli oil. Mix everything well.
Reduce the heat, add boiled noodles and mix it properly with the mixture. Add grated cheese on the top and cover it for a minute or so. Voila, your chilli cheese noodles are ready to be savoured.
