Hina Khan Gets Treated To Some Cheesecake On Diwali, Here Are Some Recipes For You

Festivals like Diwali are all about sweet treats, wishes, and greetings. While the fireworks light up the night sky, the delectable sweets feed our souls and help us dive into the festive mood. A pack of kaju katli or a box of ubiquitous soan papdi is one of the go-to sweets exchanged on Diwali and no matter how hard you control it, you just can’t resist taking a bite or two. However, things were slightly different for Hina Khan. She received a delicious cheesecake this Diwali and has teased her fans through Instagram Stories.

In her post, we can see a tempting cheesecake, which appears to have been eaten halfway by Hina already. Below are some dates and other dry fruits as well.

Now as the festival has given us the chance to relish some sweets, let us make some cheesecake at home. Below are the five cheesecake recipes we have cherry-picked for you.

1.New York Cheesecake

The classic New York cheesecake is perfect to accompany your evening espresso. The cream cheese filling offers addictive smoothness while the crispy biscuit base gives that crunch. To make it, you don’t need to fly to New York, it is super easy to make at home.

Cheesecakes are anyway creamy and smooth. But when you infuse the fruity tanginess of strawberries into the dessert, it leads to a heavenly combination such as this strawberry cheesecake. What’s different here is that this recipe uses hung curd and crema instead of cream cheese.

3.Chilled pineapple cheesecake

Pineapple and cakes are definitely made for each other. But this isn’t some ordinary pineapple cake. It has loads of pineapple to treat you in every bite while the digestive biscuit crust is there to offer a buttery solid crunch.

4.Chocolate chip cheesecake

Can any dessert contain chocolate and still be bad? No, right? Well, this holds true for this chocolate chip cheesecake as well. It has a crumbly base with buttery goodness and a creamy delight to complement the crunch. And, of course, the chocolate chips are there too.

5.Gulab jamun cheesecake

Not everyone likes western desserts at a desi festival. So, this gulab jamun cheesecake is what will give you the best of both worlds. It is as tasty as it sounds and will surely have everyone at the Diwali party hooked on it.
